Paediatric Sleep Consultant

Andrea, originally from Spain, has called Prague home for nearly seven years. As a mother of two children, she intimately understands the exhaustion and frustration that come with sleepless nights. After seeking help from sleep consultants for both of her kids, Andrea realized just how different each child can be, with solutions that worked for one not necessarily working for the other. This eye-opening experience led her to invest in becoming a pediatric sleep consultant, initially to help her own family and close friends.

Her passion quickly grew as she saw how many other parents faced the same challenges. Now, Andrea is committed to helping families overcome sleep difficulties, offering tailored guidance and support to achieve peaceful nights and more fulfilling days. With a compassionate approach and a deep understanding of the emotional and practical aspects of parenthood, she strives to empower parents on their journey to better sleep for the whole family.
