Service Description
This class will focus on improving mobility to address common areas of tension and discomfort experienced during pregnancy and childbirth as well as strengthening the deep core and restoring pelvic floor function. You will learn techniques for proper engagement and alignment to promote bladder control, pelvic stability, and core strength specifically targeting the deep core muscles to rebuild strength and stability postpartum. This class is recommended for expecting mothers from 12 weeks to birth. For postpartum from 6+ weeks.
