Service Description
This class is designed especially for mothers-to-be, whether you're new to yoga or have prior experience. We offer a supportive space to strengthen your body, calm your mind, and prepare for birth. Through gentle stretches and strengthening movements, you’ll ease pregnancy discomforts like back pain, headaches, and muscle tension while building the stamina needed for labor. Each session includes breathing exercises, mantras, and guided meditation to help you relax, reduce stress, and connect with your baby. You'll learn valuable tools to support you during labor, including mindful breathing and the use of sound to stay grounded and focused. This class is open to all mothers-to-be at any stage of pregnancy, regardless of yoga experience.
