Whether you're navigating the physical changes of pregnancy, adjusting to life postpartum, or looking to rebuild strength to meet the demands of motherhood, this class offers a supportive space to nurture and strengthen your body and mind. In our sessions, you'll experience a blend of full body strengthening and overall body alignment. We focus on movements that build strength in key areas such as the pelvic floor, deep core back, and legs, while also promoting flexibility and reducing discomfort. Our experienced instructors tailor each exercise to support your changing body and help you build the resilience needed for both pregnancy and motherhood. This class is perfect for those looking to reconnect with their bodies, regain strength, and find balance—all at a pace that feels right for you. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to connect with other moms on a similar journey. No prior Pilates experience is necessary. Join us and take the first step towards a stronger, more balanced you! This instructed in Czech + English for expecting mothers from 12 weeks & postpartum from 6+ weeks.
