Service Description
This class combines the core-strengthening benefits of Pilates with the flexibility and mindfulness of yoga. We'll work on rebuilding your strength from the inside out through dynamic poses and controlled resistance to help foster a deep connection to your body and breath. Our experienced instructors offer modifications to accommodate all fitness levels, ensuring you feel both supported and challenged throughout your practice. This class is suitable for all fitness levels and stages of motherhood, from the first few weeks of pregnancy to 2 years postpartum.
